This elective course will explore the intersection of love, leadership, and social justice. It is designed for leaders and change-makers who wish to examine how social justice, (fairness) manifests in society and explore methods for its promotion and implementation. Leading with love has the power to transform organizations, fostering a culture in which people thrive. Through project-based learning and reflection, students will be empowered to become more effective leaders by honoring the humanity of diverse individuals and perspectives within organizations.
