Timetrak has had an opportunity to review the issues that were caused by the upgrade last week. They have a clear understanding of the challenges that were faced and have developed a plan to implement the solutions. They will be taking the timeclocks and portals down starting at 9:30 am on Thursday 12/14 to remedy the glitches. This process may take a few hours to complete and punches won’t be accepted during the process. Please let your supervisor know of any missed punches that will need to be added once we are back up and running.
