Please Encourage Undergraduate Students to Share Their Experiences Before March 22!

Wilkes is currently participating in a student satisfaction survey called the Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI).  It is a national survey, which Wilkes has used since 1995 to track progress both internally and against other institutions.  The SSI allows students an opportunity to provide feedback about their experience – including what they think is important and how satisfied they are with it.  The survey items provide a barometer of student satisfaction with academic experiences, faculty and staff interactions, campus services, and facilities.  Our continued participation in the SSI will provide feedback useful for planning.

We are participating in the SSI using an online format.  All degree-seeking undergraduate and pharmacy students have been invited to participate via email.  The survey began on Monday, February 19 and will continue through Friday, March 22.  Posters advertising participation in the survey will be visible around the campus.  As an added incentive to encourage students, there will be a drawing for 20 $25 Amazon.com gift cards!  Only students who complete the survey, which takes about 20 minutes, will be eligible to win a gift card.

Please encourage students to participate!  Previous survey results have helped the university identify the need for a new student center and improvements to food services, parking, and campus security.

If you’d like, you can display this QR code in class.  Students will be prompted to enter their Wilkes email address (including the “@wilkes.edu” portion) as their passcode.

Should you or any of your students have questions about participation in the survey, please contact Julia Panzitta, Associate Director of Institutional Research, at julia.panzitta@wilkes.edu or by calling ext. 3828.

Thank you in advance.
