Join the Wellness Committee for a Dance/Cardio Class or join our Walking Group!

The Wellness Committee has partnered with our employees to offer two Wellness activities in March. Find more info below, as well as a link to register. We hope you will join us in these spring events to help improve our physical and mental well-being. Register here:

Dance/Cardio: Led by Bridget Giunta, this fun, all-level dance-inspired workout includes cardio and stretching.  No experience necessary, just wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Attend one or more sessions!  Please contact Bridget in the President’s Office at or x4134 with questions.

  • Tuesdays in March at 12 noon – 12:45 p.m. in DDD, Room 2

Walking Group: Led by Janet Cussatt, this group will meet at the flagpoles on the Fenner Quadrangle every Thursday at noon. If there’s inclement weather, the group will walk in the McHale Athletic Center. Choose your own adventure and walk as much or as little as you’d like during the lunch hour. Wear sneakers and/or comfortable clothes and meet some of your colleagues from across campus while getting in some great outdoor exercise.

  • Thursdays in March at 12 noon – meet at flagpoles on Fenner Quadrangle (inclement weather: McHale Athletic Center)
