The Farley Library is excited to announce that the “Go Live” date for our new FOLIO Integrated Library System is May 9th. The existing Sierra system has been replaced with FOLIO, an open-source system that is quickly gaining popularity among library systems worldwide. The current Summon discovery service will also migrate to EBSCO Discovery Service, and henceforth will be renamed “Find@Farley.”
While most of FOLIO and Find@Farley features will be operational on the 9th, there will be some fine tuning to finalize as new features get added throughout the summer and into the fall. The librarians will offer Find@Farley introductory sessions on May 14th and May 15th at 3:00 pm in the library classroom, plus Zoom. Additional sessions will be offered this summer.
