Info: It’s the battle of the artists as Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Mural Artist, Vince Bonitz, faces off against Scranton Mural Artist, Eric Bussart, in a spray paint can competition for the ages.

The Versus Art Battle will take place on Friday, July 19th, from 5-9 p.m. at the Diamond City Field, 333 Madison Street in Wilkes-Barre.

 

The unique event is put on by the Educational Opportunity Centers of PA (EOC, Inc.) in an effort to bring the community together to celebrate creative arts.

The Versus Art Battle will have a block party atmosphere complete with Food Vendors, Live Music, Poetry, a Silent Disco, a Cornhole Tournament and more! All are welcome to attend.

The Artists and Host:

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Mural Artist – Vince Bonitz

Vincent Bonitz is a professionally trained tattoo artist by trade with just a few months shy of 30 years in the business. Deep rooted in graffiti and illustration going all the way back to the 80s where he first fell in love with the artwork and hasn’t looked back since. He loves what he’s doing. You can catch his mural work in select locations throughout the valley and his skin art all over the country.

Scranton Mural Artist – Eric Bussart

Eric Bussart is an illustrator and mural artist based in the Scranton area. Eric is a full-time artist known for his mural work throughout the tri-state area and his vibrant illustrative Style.

 

Host -Monk Melville

Monk Melville is a Traveling Artist & Host based in the NEPA area. With 10 years of experience, he has been working with other local Artists and Businesses to make one vs one events like these! You can follow him on Social Media at @Monkmelville and see you all July 19th!
