November will be here before we know it – You only have a few more weeks to complete your wellness incentive! We do not have the current completion status at this time. We will be receiving an updated completion report in September. However, you are able to view your completion status on your ConnectCare3 page. Just scroll down to “My Program” on the mail page. If you have two check marked items, you have completed your incentive.
Benefits eligible employees are invited to review the virtual presentation to learn more about this year’s open enrollment incentives.
The new incentive program for the 2025 Open Enrollment is provided online via the ConnectCare3 wellness platform and app (which is available to all benefits eligible employees).
The video will provide an overview of the platform, how to register and discuss how the wellness incentive activities will be tracked via this platform/app.
