The Luzerne County Historical Society will once again be conducting its annual Downtown Wilkes-Barre Ghost Walks. This year the tours will be held on Friday October 18th and Saturday October 19th. The tours begin at 6:30pm each night and will last roughly two hours. You can expect to see a group of people numbering between 35-40, many holding lanterns, walking along Franklin, River, and Market Streets, as well as across the campus of Wilkes University.
