Late Night Lift – Event Schedule!!

The Late Night Lift Committee is excited to announce the date for Late Night Lift – Monday March 24th @8-10 PM! The first 150 students get a free T-shirt and a tote bag (see the images on the attached poster).
The YMCA will have all the equipment available for use including the free weights, cardio equipment, basketball courts, and more!
Schedule
– Doors open at 8PM, but you can line up early outside the Y’s main entrance
– Boxing class 8:15 – 9:00 PM
– Yoga class 9 – 9:30 PM (bring a mat or towel!)
– Bodyweight Bench Press Competition @ 8:30 PM hosted by the Wilkes Health and Fitness Club
