📢 From Awareness to Action: Resources for Helping Patients Navigate Social Determinants of Health

This symposium will provide insight into resources available to patients to help reduce barriers related to social determinants of health. Our very own P1 student pharmacists will be presenting their major projects, so please come ready to learn and support them!
