The Wilkes University/King’s College Women’s and Gender Studies conference will be held at King’s college on April 14th and 15th. This year’s theme is “The Evolution of Family Roles and Balancing Work and Family Dynamics. The conference schedule is attached. Park in the Holy Cross parking lot right behind the Sheehy-Farmer Campus Center. For most of Monday and Tuesday, the gate to the parking lot will be up, and anyone who wants to park in the lot will just drive on through. However, there may be times when the gate is down. When the gate’s down, conference attendees are still allowed to park in the parking lot, but they will need to press the button next to the card swipe to get someone in Security to remotely lift the gate.
