A reminder to all cardholders that your May 2025 p-card statements & receipts are due to Business Operations by Friday, June 20th. Statements should include all detailed receipts, any required pre-approvals, and signatures of cardholder and budget manager or next level supervisor. Please visit the Business Operations Forms Depot page on the portal for missing receipt or nonconforming charge forms. Statements not received in-office by Friday, June 20th will be considered late and may be subject to card suspension.
