Wilkes University is once again offering monetary wellness incentives to full-time benefits-eligible employees for the 2026 benefits year! To qualify, complete 2 of 3 approved wellness activities by the end of the Open Enrollment period in November (exact date TBA).
Activities include:
- 
Committing to a physical or mental wellness practice
 - 
Attending a Wilkes Wellness or HR-approved event
 - 
Reading one approved wellness article
 
Incentives include:
- 
Additional HSA contributions ($250 for single / $500 for other tiers)
 - 
Payroll contribution reductions for those on the PPO $400 plan
 - 
$100/month for employees who waive Wilkes medical coverage
