Wilkes University Archives seeks a FEDERAL WORK STUDY ELIGIBLE student to work in the archives this upcoming academic year from Fall 2025 to Spring 2026 to digitize our Athletics file collections. The Athletics file includes photographs, programs, newspaper clippings, posters, and more documenting the history of Wilkes Athletics from 1933 to present day. The student will be trained in how to digitize the collections, however, the student must have attention to detail, enthusiasm for Wilkes athletics life, and punctuality. The archivist is only accepting Federal/Financial aid eligible students for this position, so if you are unsure if you have federal aid for the upcoming year, please reach out to Financial Aid to confirm this before emailing about the position.
Pay scale is based on Wilkes’ pay rate for students: Freshmen: $9.50 per hour, Sophomores: $10.00 per hour, Juniors: $10.50 per hour, Seniors: $12.00 per hour Graduate students: $14.00 per hour.
