The Wilkes University Air Force ROTC Gold Bar Club invites the campus community to join the 4th Annual Kisses 2 Cancer 5K on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 9 a.m., beginning at the Dorothy Dickson Darte Center for the Performing Arts. This annual race honors the life and legacy of Major Candice Adams Ismirle, a Wilkes alumna and Air Force officer who passed away from triple-negative breast cancer in 2016. Proceeds from the event will benefit Relay for Life, the Valor Clinic Foundation, and leadership development programs for Wilkes Students. Students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members are encouraged to participate by running, walking, or supporting the cause.
