The White River Junction Veteran Affairs Healthcare System in White River Junction, Vermont is pleased to announce that we will be accepting applications for TWO Post-Graduate Year One residents for the 2026-2027 residency year! Our team is comprised of highly qualified pharmacists coming from diverse backgrounds, who will provide our residents with the experience and support they need to flourish in their PGY1 year and beyond. We are an ASHP-accredited program with a strong track record of developing successful clinical pharmacists. Our graduates have pursued PGY-2 specialty training and secured positions as full-time clinical pharmacist practitioners both within the VA and in external healthcare systems.
