A reminder to all cardholders that your September 2025 p-card statements and receipts are due to Business Operations by Monday, October 20th. Statements should include all detailed receipts, and signatures of cardholder and budget manager or next level supervisor. Please visit the Business Operations Forms Depot page on the portal for missing receipt or non-conforming charge forms. Statements not received in office by Monday, October 20th will be considered late and may be subject to card suspension.
