I am reaching out again this year to share that our paid, health consulting internship opportunity for current P2 students is now accepting applications.
- Our practice provides housing to students who do not reside within 30-minutes of the Indianapolis metro.
- The position joins a best-in-class internship program with a cohort of approximately 20 multi-disciplinary interns.
- All interns work full-time, Monday to Friday, from our downtown office for an 11-week period; Start date is Monday, May 18, 2026.

Milliman’s Indianapolis Health consulting practice is currently seeking a Healthcare Associate Intern (Summer 2026) – Indianapolis Health.

The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- Current P2 student, enrolled at an accredited college or university, and will have achieved status as a third professional year student before beginning of internship in May 2026
- Sound clinical background and understanding of basic therapeutics and pharmacology
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and desire to work in a pragmatic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Natural curiosity and learning agility when faced with an unfamiliar subject
- Proficiency in effectively managing time to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks by deadlines when involved with multiple projects
- Combined business or public health major or minor, in addition to, the PharmD degree program
