Wilkes University Archives is excited to announce that the Pharmacy Department collection is now processed and the finding aid is available online thanks to the hard work of Krisha Patel, Sophomore Pre-Pharmacy student.
Krisha has been attending Wilkes University for two years, and is in the Pre-Pharmacy Guaranteed Seat Program, getting ready to start Pharmacy school next year. She is currently a member of the Honors and Scholars Program, the Parliamentarian of Student Government, a Teaching Assistant in the Chemistry Department, and an intern in the Archives department. She is also an active member of the Chemistry Club, Geoexplorers Club and Pre-Pharmacy Club on campus. Previously, Krisha has worked with Geisinger as an intern doing research on pharmaceutical drugs and has published an article in a PubMed indexed journal in the field of Pharmacy. Currently, Krisha is working towards finishing her education at Wilkes with a Doctorate in Pharmacy and a Masters in Business Administration, with hopes to work in the pharmaceutical industry upon graduation.
