    This interactive virtual session examines why so many talented professionals question their place, their performance, or their readiness for success. While the concept known as “Impostor Syndrome” is often framed as a personal confidence issue, research and lived experience show that feelings of self-doubt are frequently shaped by workplace culture, unspoken expectations, social norms, and the environments in which people are expected to succeed.

    Participants will also receive a digital workbook that includes reflection prompts, recommended readings, and tools for both individual and organizational growth. Session Facilitated by Dr. Booker,

Booker is a nationally recognized speaker, certified professional coach, and former inaugural University (Chief) Diversity Officer who transitioned from executive leadership to full-time entrepreneurship as Founder & CEO of Premier Inspirations LLC. With over two decades of experience in higher education and organizational leadership, she is known for transforming systems through inclusive excellence, emotional intelligence, and sustainable change.
