Join us for a discussion focused on adapting our teaching to an environment in which sophisticated generative AI tools are available. The question we will focus on is: “HOW might we change what we do in the classroom to adapt?”
This session will be followed by a second one focusing on the possibility of more substantive changes: should the availability of generative AI tools prompt changes to WHAT we are teaching, for example, shifting our emphasis to different knowledge or skills?
Four faculty panelists will share their perspective and then we will open it up for questions and discussion. The goal is to facilitate ongoing conversations about how to adapt our classroom practices in a world where powerful generative AI systems are widely available.
