Wilkes University is pleased to announce an opening for a full-time Undergraduate Financial Aid Counselor in the Student Financial Services Office. This position supports undergraduate students and families by assisting with the identification and pursuit of financial aid opportunities while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality customer service by advising students and families on financial aid programs, conducting needs analysis, packaging financial aid, processing federal verification, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person. A bachelor’s degree is required, and the ideal candidate will have knowledge of financial aid regulations, experience with systems such as Microsoft Office and Banner, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
