Wilkes University is pleased to announce an opening for the Director of Clinical and Simulation Based Learning in the Passan School of Nursing. This twelve-month administrative staff position provides leadership for clinical and simulation-based learning across the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs.
The successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of simulation-based learning activities, collaborate with faculty and staff to support program goals, manage simulation operations and assessment, and help ensure compliance with accrediting and governing standards.
A master’s degree in nursing and current Pennsylvania RN licensure are required, and the ideal candidate will have university-level teaching experience, expertise in simulation-based learning, and strong leadership and technical nursing skills.
