Internal Full-time Employment Opportunity – Human Resources Generalist

Wilkes University is pleased to announce an opening for a Human Resources Generalist. This position supports employee onboarding and provides general HR support in areas including employment, benefits, compliance, and performance management.

The successful candidate will coordinate onboarding and pre-employment activities, respond to employee and manager inquiries, support benefits administration, monitor HR compliance requirements, and help manage orientation and reporting processes. A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is required, and the ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HR or related experience, preferably with onboarding, along with strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and customer service skills.
