Wilkes University is pleased to announce an opening for an IT Support Specialist in the Information Technology Services Department. This position supports the campus community by providing front-line technical assistance and troubleshooting services to faculty, staff, administration, and students through phone, email, and in-person support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to and resolving Help Desk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Windows and macOS environments, assisting with computer deployments, and providing excellent customer service to campus users. Candidates should be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with individuals of varying technical abilities.
