A reminder to all cardholders that your April 2026 p-card statements and receipts are due to Business Operations by Wednesday, May 20th. Statements should include all detailed receipts, and signatures of both cardholder and budget manager/next level supervisor. Please visit the Business Operations Forms Depot page on the portal for missing receipt or non-conforming charge forms. Statements not received in office by Wednesday, May 20th will be considered late and may be subject to card suspension.
