Wilkes University is pleased to announce an opening for an Event Support & Moving Services (ESMS) Supervisor in Campus Support Services. This position supports campus operations by overseeing event support, moving services, and daily operational needs across the University.
The successful candidate will supervise and schedule ESMS technicians for event set-ups, moves, deliveries, and campus support services; coordinate logistics with campus clients; inspect completed work for quality and safety; assist with daily operations; and respond to emergency calls as needed. A high school diploma and equivalent experience are required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and experience in event management, project management, or event planning.
