Wilkes University is pleased to announce an opening for a Clinical Placement Coordinator in the Passan School of Nursing. This full-time position supports undergraduate nursing students through clinical placement coordination, experiential learning scheduling, and clinical skills development.
The successful candidate will secure clinical sites, assist with scheduling experiential learning activities, teach and supervise students in clinical skill development, determine clinical competency, and evaluate clinical judgment through simulation. A master’s degree in nursing, or a bachelor’s degree in nursing with active enrollment in a master’s program, is required, along with current Pennsylvania RN licensure and relevant clinical experience.

- “Meets expectations” or above on the most recent performance evaluation
- No disciplinary actions or performance improvement plans within one year from the date of application
