We are seeking participation in an upcoming event taking place in the JPAC on October 22nd from 7-9 pm.
Our Dancing With The Stars Event is seeking groups of campus celebrities and personalities consisting of clubs, athletes, organisations, faculty, and staff that will be assigned to at least two members of the Wilkes University Dance Team. The song, style, and choreography will be provided. We just request that you carve out availability on October 22nd from 6-9 p.m. There will also be an optional, but highly recommended practice to start learning the dance on Sunday, October 11th in DDD 101 from 6:30-8:30.
Dance team members will be present to start teaching the dances on the 11th and will mostly use the hour prior to the event to make the dance look clean, and answer last minute questions. If you are interested in this event, but know you cannot attend the October 11th practice, we will provide supplementary videos of the dancers breaking down the dances, but it will be significantly easier to learn these dances in person.
