| Our three-resident PGY1 program offers broad clinical experience within a large academic health system serving southcentral Pennsylvania. Residents care for diverse adult and pediatric populations through experiences in critical care, internal medicine, solid organ transplant, cardiology, oncology, pediatrics, and a Level III NICU. The program also emphasizes progressive patient care responsibility, individualized mentorship, teaching, research, leadership development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. We are committed to preparing residents for successful careers as clinical pharmacists and future leaders in the profession.
