All interoffice and outgoing mail must be brought to the Mailroom during operating hours. Departments will be notified by email when they have mail and/or packages available.
Package Pickup
Packages may be picked up at any time during regular Mailroom hours. Package recipients are not required to pick up their packages.
Package Delivery
The Mailroom will attempt package deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2 – 4 p.m. starting Tuesday, October 27. Due to current staffing and capacity limitations, the Mailroom is unable to deliver all packages each day. Deliveries will be prioritized based on the date each package is received, with older packages addressed first.
Mailroom Hours
- Regular Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday
- Daily Closure: 11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. Monday – Friday
- Delivery Hours / Additional Closure: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2 – 4 p.m. Note: Mailroom is unavailable for in-person pickup.
