No Parking on South Main St. Saturday November 23rd for Christmas Parade
On Saturday, November 23rd, there will be no street parking on South Main St. between Public Square and South St. from 8AM until 6PM due to the Wilkes-Barre City Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony.
