If a personal vehicle is used for travel, the traveler should use their personal card for gas, and submit a\u00a0<em>travel reimbursement form<\/em>\u00a0(which is a mileage rate, inclusive of gas\/wear and tear).<\/li>\n<li>The business purpose in PNC ActivePay should include the who, what, why, where, when of your travel plans!
