There are still a number of employees who have not logged in to ConnectCare3 and completed the required incentives for 2025. Please see attached flyer for more information on how to log in and complete your incentives. <strong>Note that if you do not complete the incentive by the deadline, you will not receive the incentive for the 2025 plan year. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>You are able to view your completion status on your ConnectCare3 page. Log in, scroll down to \u201cMy Program\u201d on the home page.
