Traffic pattern changes will start on the morning of Wednesday, May 14<sup>th<\/sup> at 9:00 AM and will end on the morning of Monday, May 19<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Below is the traffic pattern for the duration of the 2025 Fine Arts Fiesta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>West Market Street closed off at South Franklin Street<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Public Square, West Market Street to South Main Street, closed to traffic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From South Main Street, traffic onto Public Square will exit from the Square onto either East Market Street or North Main Street<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From East Market Street, traffic onto Public Square will exit from the Square on to North Main Street<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From North Main Street, no access around Public Square<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All traffic will be directed across Butler Lane (alley by the former Martz terminal) to South Washington Street<\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The traffic pattern around Wilkes-Barre\u2019s Public Square will change for the duration of the 2025 Fine Arts Fiesta.
