Berwick Hospital Center is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a key part of our inpatient psychiatric facility, you\u2019ll play a vital role in supporting safe and effective medication management for geriatric behavioral health patients.

Berwick Hospital Center provides compassionate, specialized care for individuals with acute psychiatric needs in a structured inpatient setting. We are committed to improving mental health outcomes through collaborative care and clinical excellence.
Position Highlights:
\u2022 Full-time, weekday schedule (no retail hours!)
\u2022 Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and clinical staff
\u2022 Oversee and manage medication orders, administration, and compliance
\u2022 Utilize pharmacy systems such as Pyxis, CareVue, Insight, and Medsphere
\u2022 Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
Qualifications:
\u2022 Current and valid PA Pharmacist License (required)
\u2022 Experience in psychiatric or hospital pharmacy preferred (but not required)
\u2022 Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
\u2022 Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
