This was not an easy decision, but as I move into the next chapter of my life and career, I\u2019m choosing to transition my work closer to my new home in a way that better supports my family and brings more balance.<br><br>It\u2019s impossible to fully express how much teaching at the Nesbitt School of Pharmacy has meant to me! Being part of your learning has been one of the greatest joys of my professional life. Each of you has shaped me as an educator in ways I will always carry with me. Thank you for your hard work, your questions, your trust, and the laughter we\u2019ve shared over the years. You have made me a better teacher and a better person.<br><br>Although I will be stepping away from my full-time role, my connection to the Nesbitt School of Pharmacy will always remain strong. I look forward to finding ways to stay connected with the NSOP in the future.<br><br>One piece of advice I would like to leave you:<br>Every lecture, lab, rotation, and patient encounter is shaping you into a pharmacist with the skill set to improve the world around you. You are the next generation of pharmacists, and with that comes both opportunity and responsibility. You\u2019re not just earning a degree, you\u2019re gaining the ability to change lives. When you graduate, you will be equipped with clinical knowledge, empathy, communication skills, and a voice that matters. Don\u2019t underestimate that.
