Full-time, twelve-month employees are eligible to carry over up to <b>two weeks<\/b>\u00a0of unused vacation time into the new year, beginning January 1:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>35-hour\/week employees may carry over up to <b>70 hours<\/b><\/li>\n<li>40-hour\/week employees, may carry over up to <b>80 hours<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Any vacation time in excess of the carryover limit will\u00a0<b>not<\/b>\u00a0carry over and will be lost if not used by\u00a0<b>December 31, 2025<\/b>. We encourage you to plan ahead to schedule any time off before the winter break and the years\u2019 end.<\/p>\n<p><b>Full-time, twelve month employees will receive one more vacation accrual before the end of the year, during the final pay in December (12\/17\/25), and any hours in excess of the carryover limit may be used before 12\/31\/25. Leave balances can be checked any time on the portal under Wilkes @ Work <\/b><b>\u2192<\/b><b>\u00a0Self Service Banner.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>*Note that all sick time rolls over from year to year and is never lost.
