This February and March, Wilkes undergraduate and pharmacy students will be participating in a student satisfaction survey called the Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI).\u00a0 It is a national survey that Wilkes has used since 1995 to track progress both internally and against other institutions.\u00a0 The SSI provides an opportunity for students to provide feedback about their experience \u2013 including what they think is important and how satisfied they are with those items of importance.\u00a0 The survey items provide a barometer of student satisfaction with academic experiences, faculty and staff interactions, campus services, and facilities.\u00a0 Our continued participation in the SSI will provide feedback useful for planning.<\/p>\n
