Wilkes undergraduate and pharmacy students are currently participating in a student satisfaction survey called the Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI).\u00a0 It is a national survey that Wilkes has used since 1995 to track progress both internally and against other institutions.\u00a0 The SSI provides an opportunity for students to provide feedback about their experience \u2013 including what they think is important and how satisfied they are with those items of importance.\u00a0 The survey items provide a barometer of student satisfaction with academic experiences, faculty and staff interactions, campus services, and facilities.\u00a0 Our continued participation in the SSI will provide feedback useful for planning.<\/p>\n
Since the survey is being administered online, we are relying on assistance from the campus community to enhance awareness.\u00a0 Please encourage undergraduate and pharmacy students to participate! \u00a0Participation runs through March 25.\u00a0 Previous survey results have helped the university identify the need for a new student center and improvements to food services, campus security, and parking.\u00a0<\/p>\n
