This position supports undergraduate students and families by assisting with the identification and pursuit of financial aid opportunities while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The successful candidate will provide high-quality customer service by advising students and families on financial aid programs, conducting needs analysis, packaging financial aid, processing federal verification, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
