Wilkes University is pleased to announce an opening for a\u00a0Finance Analyst\u00a0in the Finance Department. This position supports the University\u2019s financial operations through reporting, analysis, compliance, and collaboration with campus departments.<\/p>\n
The successful candidate will prepare financial reports and variance analyses, support budgeting and accounting functions, complete general ledger reconciliations and journal entries, assist with month-end and year-end close, and provide support for audits and regulatory reporting. A bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and the ideal candidate will have 1\u20133 years of accounting or financial analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting.<\/p>\n
