This position oversees two NCAA Division III volleyball programs and supports the recruitment, development, and success of student-athletes while ensuring compliance with conference and University standards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of program administration, including recruiting and retaining student-athletes, practice and game management, scheduling, academic monitoring, and supervision of assistant coaches. Additional responsibilities include supporting athletic department operations through site management and other assigned duties. A bachelor\u2019s degree is required (master\u2019s preferred), along with three to five years of intercollegiate coaching experience preferred.
