This full-time, 12-month administrative staff position supports the NCAA Division III men\u2019s wrestling program and is responsible for assisting with the recruitment, development, and success of student-athletes while ensuring compliance with conference and University standards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of program administration, including recruiting and retaining student-athletes, managing practices and matches, player development, academic monitoring, and supervising part-time assistant coaches and interns. Additional responsibilities include supporting athletic department operations through site management and other assigned duties. A bachelor\u2019s degree is required (master\u2019s preferred), along with prior collegiate playing and\/or coaching experience.
