Wilkes University is pleased to announce an opening for a Network Specialist in the Information Technology Services Department. This position supports the University\u2019s technology infrastructure by ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing network services that support academic, administrative, and operational needs across campus.<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will be responsible for Wi-Fi optimization and troubleshooting, configuring firewalls, routing and switching, monitoring network performance and security, supporting network connectivity and user authentication, documenting network configurations and changes, and overseeing troubleshooting, updates, and upgrades of network devices. Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a cohesive team environment.<\/p>\n
