This position oversees custodial, grounds, logistics, and event support operations across the University.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The successful candidate will be responsible for directing custodial and grounds operations, overseeing event support and moving services, coordinating major event setups and relocations, managing space requests and records, supervising and developing staff, overseeing budgets and purchasing, tracking sustainability initiatives, and supporting capital and small project management efforts. A bachelor\u2019s degree in business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
