This position supports student success through first-year academic advising, first-generation student programming, transfer orientation, undeclared advising, and other Office of Academic Success initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The successful candidate will advise first-year students on goals, curriculum, course load, scheduling, registration, majors, academic success, and university policies, while also helping coordinate programming and advising activities that support continuous improvement.
