Data &amp; Learning Objectives Form \u2013 completed by you and your internship supervisor at your internship site<\/p>\n<p>2. Academic Agreement Form \u2013 completed by your faculty coordinator (dependent on major, not <em>always <\/em>the same as your faculty advisor)<\/p>\n<p>3. Internship Agreement Form \u2013 completed by you<\/p>\n<p>You will need to upload all 3 of these forms, completed, separately, to the Etrieve submission. You can find the forms <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilkes.edu\/academics\/career-development-and-internships\/cooperative-education-internships\/application-process.aspx\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Internships can <strong>only<\/strong> be registered electronically via this Etrieve process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Any questions, please reach out to Mary Simmons, at <a href=\"mailto:mary.simmons@wilkes.edu\">mary.simmons@wilkes.edu<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Still seeking an internship?
