The History program of the Division of Global Cultures invites you to a public showcase of senior capstone research. Six students will present their original historical findings in this two-day event.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Time: 11:00am to 1:00pm<\/p>\n
Location: Breiseth 316.<\/p>\n
Topics include Frederick the Great’s pursuit of Enlightenment, the legacy of Prohibition, scientific progress during the 1960s space race, McCarthyism and public education, Jewish identities during the Holocaust, and the emergence of the “proper” woman in the Civil War era.<\/p>\n
