Learn how simple habits like moving more, eating smarter, and getting better sleep can help prevent or manage diabetes. Together, we’ll tackle myths, explore practical tips, and discover how you can be a diabetes advocate both on campus and in your community. There’s no better time than now, during National Diabetes Month, to take charge of our health and build a stronger, healthier future—one small step at a time!
If you are interested in participating in one of the screening options during the workshop, please indicate as part of your registration below. For the HbA1C there will be a form you need to complete. For the Blood Glucose screening, you need to be fully fasted or at least two hours after a meal to get an accurate reading. Please consider this as you make your selection. Details will be sent to those who sign up for a screening prior to the workshop.
